My feelings after watching Hot to the Touch for the second time...sad ones.

She, after being imprisoned for so long, maybe even her whole life, finds somebody who likes her, maybe even loves her, feelings she presumably lacked before, only to find out they cannot be together without hurting each other. Also, she is probably too scared or angry to go back home, so she is left in the world she doesn't know, nor understand.

He, after being continuously bringing down for so long (the bottom of the page summarizes it rather well) and after being rejected by the girl he had feelings for so long finally finds her. However, they are star-crossed at such elemental basis as being made of opposite elementals.

There is Flame Shield indeed, but it doesn't last forever and they can't keep casting it forever and on everything FP would have contact with.

A tight spot so far.

I'm quite proud of how background came out, so there's background version only.

i just the episode "incendeum". it nearly made me cry when i saw both finn and flame princess. ;(

There are solutions to their star-crossed problem; Finn could train to become a Fire Wizard, FP could control her powers, Finn could go to an ancient sorcerer to make him immune to fire, FP could ask the princesses to give the crystals and make a wish, like that episode, etc... Anyway, I love it! I can totally see the heartbreak and it's making me cry! TT_TT
