If Flambo casted a flame shield spell on Jake by spitting, Flame Princess should do the same to Finn by kissing, right, right?...

You obviously have not seen the episode "Burning Low". But perhaps her lifetime imprisonment has robbed her of her ability to learn Flame sheild
